UK Delivery

We currently offer complimentary standard delivery on UK orders.

Lords & Ladies Club products are produced to order by our UK-based fulfilment partner. Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for production before dispatch.

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes approximately 2–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at Lordsandladiesclubltd@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Delays

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Lordsandladiesclubltd@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.

Damaged Orders

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where possible. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

International Delivery

We are currently launching with UK delivery. International delivery may be introduced in the future.
